Each physiotherapy session is tailored to your pet’s individual needs and comfort level. We begin with a discussion about your pet’s history, lifestyle, and any concerns you may have. This is followed by a hands-on assessment of movement, posture, flexibility, muscle condition, and areas of discomfort.
Treatment may include:
Manual therapy and massage
Stretching and mobility work
Strengthening and balance exercises
Rehabilitation exercises
Advice on home exercises and lifestyle adjustments
Because we are a mobile service, sessions take place in your pet’s familiar home environment, helping them stay relaxed and comfortable throughout treatment.

The number of sessions varies depending on your pet’s condition, age, goals, and response to treatment.
Some pets improve within a few sessions, while others with chronic conditions or post-operative rehabilitation may benefit from ongoing support over a longer period. After the initial assessment, we will create a personalised treatment plan and recommend a suitable schedule for follow-up sessions.
Our aim is always to help your pet become as comfortable, mobile, and happy as possible while giving you practical guidance to continue supporting them at home.

In many cases, veterinary physiotherapy is covered by pet insurance. Many UK insurers include physiotherapy and other complementary therapies within their veterinary cover.
As policies vary between insurers, we always recommend checking directly with your insurance provider to confirm your level of cover, excess, and any treatment limits that may apply. Some policies may not cover pre-existing conditions or maintenance treatment.
We are happy to provide invoices and supporting information to help with your claim process where needed.
